Poster Session Information
- Posters should measure 36" tall by 48" wide. Because lamination can cause the poster to curl, we recommend that posters are not laminated for presentation.
- Posters will be displayed on free-standing poster boards, sharing two posters to each side of the board. Pins will be supplied. Should you wish to use any other means of hanging your poster, you are responsible for providing those items.
- Presenters should plan to be with their posters during the assigned session so as to answer questions about their research.
- Chairs and highboy tables will be available if needed. Please remember that this is a poster session. If you plan to incorporate any technology with your presentation, please be aware the power may not be available near your presentation space. Instead, we recommend the use of QR codes so guests can use their own devices to view any online supportive materials.
