Deadlines and Important Dates - 2025

July 16: Deadline for Paper Session Proposals

August 1: Target Date - Online portal opens for all submissions.

October 15: Deadline for ALL submissions except posters and 3 Minute Thesis (This deadline includes undergraduate submissions for all other types of sessions.)

December 1:  Target Date - Registration open

December 10: Target Date - Letters of acceptance to be sent via email. (Does not include posters or 3MT.)

December 20: Faculty and student poster submissions due; 3MT submissions due

January 3: Target Date - Letters of acceptance for posters and 3MT to be sent via email.

January 15: Graduate and Undergraduate student paper competition submissions due.

February 1: Target Date - Online publication of final program, with schedule to be announced at this time.

February 1: Reservations due for advertisements and exhibitors.

February 1: By this date, all presenters must have purchased/renewed their membership AND registered for the meeting. 

February 20: Conference hotel reservations due; reduced rates end.
