Join us as we greet our 600+ attendees in the MSS Commons!
Commons tables are available to publishers, graduate schools, non-profits and more. A Commons table is a 6-8' table with two chairs. We hope this creates a warm, open and welcoming area for exhibitors to interact with meeting attendees. The Commons area this year will be in an "open air" space near the registration desk and gathering areas. Tables themselves will not be secure after Commons hours, but you are welcome to work with us to secure materials if needed.
Each reservation for a Commons Table also includes a 1/2-page ad in the MSS Program book. If you would like to upgrade to a full-page ad, please be sure to select this option in your reservation for an additional fee.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING!
Commons tables are available Thursday and Friday of the conference. You can select one day or both when you complete the reservation form. The Commons will be open 8am-6pm both days.
How do we reserve a Commons table for the MSS Annual Meeting?
It's easy! Simply complete the online reservation form and submit payment. Commons tables are $175 each per day and include a single table and two chairs. Additional tables are available at $50 each.
To reserve your booth, please complete the online reservation form by February 15. There are a limited number of booths available.
*Reservation payment includes a free half-page ad in the hard copy and online program book as well as the MSS meeting app. The PDF or .jpg copy of your advertisement must be received by Jennifer Talarico ([email protected]) no later than February 15 to be included in the program book.
Don't forget to complete and return the Hold Harmless Agreement. This is required to secure your table!
We would like to purchase an advertisement in the program book.
Great! Meeting attendees reference the program book throughout the conference as well as bring it home for future reference. This is another way in which you can showcase your organization beyond the immediate conference itself. For those groups or organizations unable to staff a booth, an advertisement provides excellent exposure. Please provide all advertisements in black and white format.
Ad sizes:
- Full page, trim size=6 7/8 in wide x 10 in high, with ½ in margins
- Half page, trim size=6 7/8 in wide x 5 in high, with ½ in margins
Ad rates for non-exhibitors:
- Full page = $525
- Half page = $300

Are other sponsorship and advertising opportunities available at the Annual Meeting?
Yes! The MSS has many opportunities to sponsor food, beverages, and technology throughout the meeting. Sponsors will be recognized in the Commons area as well as in the conference program book, MSS app, and online. A few opportunities include:
- Beverages at the Welcome Reception
- Ice-cream social (sponsor a specific ice cream flavor or the entire event!)
- Snacks or coffee in the Commons
- Charging stations throughout the event
- ...other opportunities can be discussed for your best fit!
